“A pleasant stay in the heart of San Sebastian and very close to the beach. The duty manager at reception was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us out to store our luggage and let us check in early. Clean, comfortable but small rooms.”
“Great place with good service. The only reason I have to to say 4 star for rooms, is not that the room was not 5 star, just the walls are thin and in the morning all I heard was doors and cleaners and vacuums. But if I had my earplugs it was 5 star! Great location , 7 min walk to the beach! Would go back. Also, of you have a large vehicle, don't park in the public parking undergrounds. It's 30 euro a night.”
“I loved it! Staff was super friendly and helpful.... gave us a map and recommended where to eat. Helped us with bus. Safely held our bags so we could enjoy the city after checkout. I also loved the location - it's centrally located between the bus station, the beach, Old Town, upscale shopping, cute market area, the Kiosko del Boulevard bandstand, and the hike up the hill to see the fort and statue of Jesus. The room itself was modern, super clean, and comfortable with a nice amenities including a mini-fridge.”
“Amazing hotel! Very clean and comfortable, perfectly situated in the heart of San Sebastian. I had a very nice room with a balcony and a view to nice and quiet street. Also the stuff was very friendly! The first night I discovered that the charger for my phone was not working anymore. But the guy at the reception was so kind to give me a charger and told me to keep it till my check-out!”
